Scalloping
When scalloping you are generally in the water wearing a mask & snorkel swimming
or wading around “looking” for the scallops.
I associate scalloping with easter egg hunting...sometimes you find them, sometimes
you don’t. Scalloping is a great opportunity to spend family time on the
water. It’s fun and easy.
History/Nature Tours
We offer a two-hour history tour of Panacea via the water. On this trip, we explore the significance of the seinyards in Wakulla County
and the confederate saltworks around the area. We
also venture to several springs that you can only get to by boat.
Near Shore Meat Trips
If you like catching a lot of fish as fast as possible, this trip is for you. We take light tackle rods & reels with usually line no heavier than 30-pound test. We fish less than 40 feet of water with squid and generally
put several hundred pounds of meat in the box. The fish targeted are Pink Mouth
Snapper (grunts). This tasty fish is a smaller cousin to the Red Snapper…it’s
like catching a Bream on steroids!
We also catch Trigger Fish, King Mackerel, Cobia and the occasional Grouper. We can accommodate up to 4 people. This
trip is a must for people that want to take a lot of meat back to the house!
Inshore
If you are a true fisherman, inshore fishing is for you. Here we will “drift fish”, casting artificial lures for Trout, Redfish,
Spanish Mackerel, etc. We fish with light tackle,
8-pound line or less and really enjoy hollering “get the net”.

basis. Price is $1000.00 for a trophy gator (9' +) or $1500.00 for a trophy gator
